Last Friday, one of our clients came to us with an unusual request. Four suitcases needed to get to Zimbabwe as quickly as possible. There was no time to explore standard freight options or wait for a routine booking window. Transporting personal luggage is not something we do every day, but for a client who trusts us with their business, we do not look for reasons to say no. If a request falls slightly outside our usual scope, that is not a reason to turn it down.
Youri and Rutger got in the car themselves and drove to collect the suitcases. There was no time to hand the task to someone else or wait for a scheduled pickup slot. From there they went straight to our partner, where the bags were sealed and processed according to the correct procedures. That same evening, everything was checked in and ready at Schiphol, right on schedule for departure.
